Filano Fischer
Managing Director
Filano has 20 years of experience in composite manufacturing, assembly, lay-up and moulding. He worked the majority of the time for AAT Composites in South Africa.
Filano has a national certificate in production management and has received extensive training in shopfloor management tools from Staufen and Recaro Aircraft Seating in Germany.

Stephen Carelse
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Stephen has 21 years of experience in machinery, composite manufacturing, ‘on the job’ and classroom training. He worked the majority of the time for AAT Composites in South Africa.
Stephan is able to industrialize new products for production and train all operators to achieve a competent product standard. “Development and training is a big passion for me”
